01What data can be deleted

• Account & business details — your name, business name, email, phone and role.
• Enquiries & messages you sent or received through Truspond, and their delivery metadata.
• Contact records & conversation history across WhatsApp, email and SMS that are linked to you.

02How to request deletion

Choose whichever is easiest:

• If you have a Truspond account — sign in and contact us from your account, or use the form below with the email on your account so we can verify you.
• Email us at connect@vsandesh.in with the subject “Data deletion request”.
• Use the form below and we’ll take it from there.

03What happens next

We confirm your identity (to protect your data from unauthorised deletion), then delete the associated data within 30 days. We may retain limited records where the law or our accounting obligations require it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

04WhatsApp & Meta data

Where you messaged a business through WhatsApp, delivery is handled by the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Deleting your data with us removes the contact and conversation records we hold; data held by Meta / WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp’s own Privacy Policy.
