From sign-up to your first message.

Create your free account

Sign up with your email, tell us your business name, and pick what you'd like to do first. A short wizard guides you.

  1. Go to the dashboard and enter your email and a password.
  2. Add your business name and country — this sets your currency and language automatically.
  3. The wizard asks what you want first — collect enquiries, send updates, or chat with customers — and takes you there.

Connect a channel

Turn on how you want to send. The Channels page shows a clear checklist and tells you exactly what's live and what's still pending.

  1. Email: add the address you send from and follow the quick verification steps.
  2. WhatsApp: connect your WhatsApp Business number — the checklist walks you through it.
  3. SMS (India): register your sender and templates for DLT compliance, tracked in the dashboard.

You don't have to do all three — many businesses start with just WhatsApp or just email.

Send a test to yourself

Before you message real customers, send a test to your own phone or inbox and see exactly what they'll see. One button on the Channels page.

  1. Open Channels → "See it as your customer".
  2. Your own email is filled in for you; pick email or WhatsApp.
  3. Press Send test to me and check your phone or inbox. If it looks good, you're ready.

Go live & watch it land

Send from a form, a campaign, or your own app — then watch each message move from sent → delivered → read on your dashboard, in real time.

  1. Send however suits you — a website form, a bulk campaign, or your own app via our API.
  2. Open the dashboard to see a live timeline for every message.
  3. If anything fails (wrong number, full inbox), you'll see it flagged clearly so you can fix it.
